Goals


  1. To run 5 Days in a week at 30 mins burning 3500 kcal.
  2. I want a lean toned abs i wiull cut sugar and fat to zero
  3. My weight will 77kg by 15 June from 81kg as of 13May 2008
  4. Wear M size clothes after 20 years
