Its true, not enough sleep with affect my worout routine.I got tire and bore so its ..choclates next if chocalates is ok, then the fried chicken ,then more chicken, meatsballs, mee sanatan rich etc.. Not enough makes me not incontrol of myself.

just did it . Today Mothers Days 11th May after two day i manage to go at 8o -82 Kg ( the machine cant decide?!) Anyway I dieted with Oatmeals and resist my temptation. What is great is i prove to myself I can do it and will do it more!

Yesterday was a bad diet day coz it was mother day and i can but not eat with my wife anyway i dont eat like i would like too .

After mother day i feel my dieting will be over but NOT. I still control my food. I think today i hate abs so, today onwards i will think about my abs before i eat.

B- Oatmeal / L - Soto and friuts / D - Mee Hoon Bandung but disaster with Teh Tarik
Weight - 81kg ( 5kg to 77kg left to go) - So frustrating laa!
Others - Did !5 Mins running and it felt great coz never do it before. I can wear Medium.

Today i felt better - almost. I did diet bfast and lunch but dinner i put extra stuff.Weight same maybe its muscle says PT steven .jari mas azman look at my back and thought it great !!
